KOGMO RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund.

 

All articles that belong to the same product must be returned along with the shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise(s) in the original package if possible and write down RETURN FOR REFUND please.

 

Once we received your returned item(s) without damage, your full refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.

 

Most of our item(s) qualifies for free return and prepaid return label will be provided for qualified item(s).

 

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

 

HOLIDAY EXTENED RETURN POLICY – Item(s) shipped between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 of following year.

 

RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

Following restocking fees will apply,

 

If item(s) returned more than 15 days past the return window, Up to 20% restocking fee.

 

Item(s) must have not been worn, altered or washed and have all tag(s) originally attached. If we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped, Up to 50% restocking fee.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

To expedite order handling process, we are not offering exchanges at this time.

Please resubmit your new order and request a return for your original item.

If you are not able to make an additional purchase in any reason, please contact us.

 

DEFECTED/ DAMAGED ITEM POLICY

All defected/damaged items automatically qualify for a free replacement and or full refund.

We also ship international! We offer flat rate shipping. Shipping rates are based on the weight of items in your cart.

Please note that we do NOT provide return label for return/exchange for international orders.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online, you must contact us at kogmo.com@gmail.com  and we will refund the entire amount of your order, but only if it has not been shipped. If the order already has been processed, please contact us for return policy.
